What our clients say...

"From the very first phone call Richard Wylder put our minds at ease as we had a bad experience with a previous so called Equity Release Specialist . He took the time to listen and went out of his way to get back to the office so he would be more equipped to assist us . He has given us good advice and guidance and has not treated us as just a name and and number as this process is very challenging and just as stressful . His your problem is my problem to fix has made this process change gear for the better . Would recommend him to anyone without hesitation."

Understanding Equity Release?

Equity Release, often referred to as a ‘Lifetime Mortgage,’ allows you to access the tax-free cash tied up in your home without needing to sell or move. You can borrow against your home's value, releasing a lump sum. Some plans also offer the flexibility to withdraw more cash later if needed. Equity Release is designed for homeowners over 55, whether they own their home outright or have an existing mortgage (which must be settled using the Equity Release funds).

Is Equity Release safe?

Absolutely. All Equity Release Plans we advise on are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are members of the Equity Release Council. We adhere to strict standards to protect our customers. With all lifetime mortgages, we guarantee that you or your estate will never owe more than the sale value of your home, provided it is sold at the best price reasonably obtainable.

What can you use equity release for?
